The caching example was one decision, corrected in one moment. But delegation means the agent isn't making one decision, it's making dozens decisions for a full length of the run.

An agent working async in a cloud VM, pulling from a task queue, isn't getting corrected mid-thought by someone sitting next to it. That's not a place for guessing. That's a place for certainty, because it remembers the last time it guessed wrong.
