a couple thoughts after this week of hosting my first events with @mem0ai:

people walked in already knowing each other. people say sf is a small world, but it was so cool to see that in action.

i started the week wondering how we'd get people through the door. by today's event, we ended with 70 rsvps... 70!! not something i expected a few weeks into living in sf.

the best part, though, was hearing why people are choosing sf.

the things people are working on feel like sci-fi meeting reality, and the people who are going to build that future are here.

feeling really grateful i get to be a part of it and help create space for it. excited to take everything we learned this week and keep building. 💌

The updated algorithm has: 
1. Temporal Reasoning-  gives every memory a time signature: when the event happened, whether it is ongoing or completed, how precise the timing is, and what kind of memory it is.

2. Memory Decay- adds recency-aware ranking, so stale memories stay available without dominating current queries.

Together, they make retrieval more time-aware: what changed, what is still true, and what should no longer dominate the result set.
