I asked Astra to create a Catan game in three.js and it came out incredibly well.

I played it, and the animations make it so much fun. The instructions and info cards make the game easy to learn. It even has AI players and trading.

Astra used another game I had started building as a reference. The more games I build, the more skills and assets I have for the next one. It can remix the UI, 3D models, pages, and sounds instead of rebuilding everything.

Now I want to see how many other board games I can make from this foundation.

if you built your AI visibility plan on Reddit, you'd be worried about it going to waste

but almost nobody opened the other dataset

Ahrefs looked at 145M US Google results 

when the "discussions and forums" block shows up, Reddit is still in it about 84% of the time 

Reddit lost one channel (maybe, it's not definite yet), but it's still showing up in the other one your buyer uses before they've decided anything

and nobody has a comparable baseline for the ChatGPT number either:
- Promptwatch had Reddit at 3.83% of citations before the drop
- Ahrefs, same platform, around the same time, had it at 16.7%
- Semrush once put it near 60%

yet everyone quoted an 86% collapse off a number the industry measures four different ways

and nobody outside OpenAI can actually explain either one. we all rebuilt our strategy around a number one tracker caught

the biggest change with ChatGPT Images 2.5 isn’t quality… it’s control.

here are 15 use cases + prompts to test:

1) multi-reference merge: image 1 = identity. image 2 = clothing. image 3 = environment. image 4 = composition. use each image only for its assigned role. combine them into one coherent photorealistic scene.

2) lock the master: this image is the approved master. treat every visible attribute as locked unless I explicitly name it. for future edits, change only the requested variable and preserve everything else.

But with frontier models now you could build a pipeline for translating workloads from one chip to another

When that starts happening reliably there there will be a rise of multi-chip neoclouds. Neoclouds won’t buy non-Nvidia chips today because developers don’t use them. That will change once you eliminate the code compatibility problem and performance is the driving factor

If you build it, the play is either open source it from day 1 and become a strategic acquisition target for a big neocloud, or keep it private and build your own cloud, becoming the de facto multi-chip provider
