line-height: 1.6; color: #0f1419; margin-bottom: 12px; white-space: pre-wrap; word-wrap: break-word;'>我决定以后新产品上线再也不发 Product Hunt 了。<br/><br/>大概7年前我非常喜欢逛这个平台，最近刚好想着 Mole 可以去上面 launch 一下，于是就去发了一下，传视频、图片、填了非常多的表单终于好了，结果一进产品页，首先看到的是左边的一个广告卡片说 5k 刀可以帮我把整个 launch 搞定，给我惊呆了，然后在我的产品下面还插入了一个其他产品的横幅广告。<br/><br/>有一个吃了苍蝇的感觉，自己精心准备的发布页，变成了别人卖广告的地方，不过我理解肯定会有预算充足的公司会去买这个服务。<br/><br/>然后我就定好时间去发布了，我甚至还留好下午时间专门看能否有新用户来问问题，我来及时解答，结果搞笑的是发现甚至没有上首页，之前5年前记得发妙言的时候编辑得非常粗糙，都可以进首页时间线。<br/><br/>后面有专业的朋友解答，说没有被官方 feature 导致，需要先上这个，然后去买那种专门的推广团队服务帮你包装，才可以打下来，原来还需要配合平台表演，要去买赞买评论，一下又惊掉我了下巴，怎么一个好好的平台变成了这样。<br/><br/>更让我气的是啥，几乎没有带来产品交流和用户使用反馈的，但是给我这几天带来了将近 50 封陆陆续续的垃圾邮件，大概意思是可以帮助我更好的推广，或者说他们那边也有一个类似的平台让我去上架，到今天都还有垃圾邮件过来，有一种惹了一声腥味的感觉。<br/><br/>所以这个平台是一个看是热闹，但实际没有啥效果的平台，甚至看到有100 刀买 200 个赞就能进工作日前五的服务，当然不会给你带来一个真实的用户。不过他养活了一批帮你做上 Product Hunt Top 热度的团队，从你的描述、包装、封面、视频，到结合点、利益点，一整套方案给你出好，然后你付钱后得到了一种虚假的热闹感，陪着 Product Hunt 表演，产品成了他道具，发布日成了演出日，最后到底有没有吸引到新朋友，好像没人关心。<br/><br/>其实我非常期待，有一个可以给大伙真正友好交流产品的平台，大家来了遇到自己感兴趣的可以标记，可以下载，可以试用，也可以学习其他产品做得好的地方，友好交流，使用完甚至还可以相互给建议，哪儿做得好，哪儿需要改进，类似10年前 GitHub 那种乌托邦的感觉，人们不会关注你的包装和利益点，而是一伙喜欢做产品的人围在一起交流好的东西，让好东西被更多人用上，非常期待有这样的平台，我肯定会去天天逛。<br/><br/>后面就不再发 Product Hunt，当然也不推荐小伙伴们去发这个东西了，发GitHub、 X、发 Youtube、发 V2EX 其实都是非常不错的平台，那儿远比 Product Hunt 纯粹简单。</div><div style='margin: 16px 0; Very reasonable compared to other terminals with 10 tabs.<br/><br/>This was the result of a lot of incremental hard work, but there were two big wins. One I talked about before which was scrollback compression. I want to note that these charts do NOT include scrollback, so with scrollback the results are more dramatic!<br/><br/>The other big win is that we free almost all GPU resources when a window is fully occluded (covered by another window, minimized, etc.). We triple-buffer our screens so for large screens this has major savings.<br/><br/>Those account for a large chunk of the improvements, but we also had dozens of incremental 1% wins here, a few KB there, etc. throughout the 1.4 cycle. And there are more coming!<br/><br/>I noted before that Ghostty&#39;s memory waste was all in the app layer and we can see it here. libghostty has always been very tight in comparison and I&#39;ve shown comparisons to other embedded terminal libraries elsewhere.<br/><br/>And importantly, the charts below use the same grid sizes with a very small +/-2% difference due to differences in how cell metrics are calculated between terminals.</div><div style='margin: 16px 0;
